ok how about this: send all the guantanamo prisoners back home via express jet, 9/11 style. libertarians are supposed to beleive in a mutual truce, where one side doesnt abide by that truce then its gloves off. keep the guantanamo prisoners that have some interogation value, the rest should be tried and executed. remember hamas was formed from prisoners israel released many years ago.
