And I can't help but think that there is something wrong with this whole
corporate person thing.  Yes the assets of the corporation should be used
to settle the claims and debts of the corporation, but I can't help but
think that the officers and owners of said corporations should be liable
as well in some way.  But I have a nasty bugger of a cold and it is hard
to think clearly.
