My dear friend Rabih who is in Beirut and reporting what he sees and feels
sent me these pictures today. These are the pictures you will not see in the
western media. If Brian Williams showed you unpleasant pictures unfriendly to
your family tonight, he might not get as many viewers tomorrow night. But in
the real world, the brutality of war has nothing to do with ratings. See below
pictures of the dying or dead children of southern Lebanon.

The Israeli aggression has a "disproportionate" human toll that cannot be
ignored... except by the United States. The US vetoed a resolution demanding an
end to Israel's attacks in Gaza. And the Lame Duck backed Israel's response to
the capture of two soldiers. Maybe it's just that it takes the spotlight off of
Bush's Sandbox, Iraq.
