Yeah I can see what you mean if I was voting for Bruce against Hitler 
but he is enough like Zack that it would be counterproductive to vote 
for him  and the odds of me breaking a tie are so great even in a 
Congressional race that it would turn my stomach to vote for someone 
like that when there is no benefit to it.--- In
