If you think the towers were brought down by explosives, (and I disagree), it would not matter how low you put the charges. Nobody could run fast enough to escape. The administration has cited this same torture victim, Khalid Sheik Mohammed, as the source for many lies they have spread. In the worst abuse in US judicial history, they brought a report from the torturers into the trial of Zacharias Moussaoui. They instructed the jury that they must believe it, saying that the victim made it "under conditions designed to elicit truthful statements."
