Kerry was referring to the president's failure to use HIS educational opportunities as a cause for the mismanagement of this war. He was not talking about the men and women serving in Iraq - even Bill O'Reilly got that right and stated such. Kerry was talking about the asshole in charge of this debacle getting us collectively stuck in Iraq, not the individual men and women serving there now. There is a difference.
