Maybe so, maybe not?  The more important point is that fewer 
Libertarians won election this year than in previous years, perhaps 
as much as a decade on the local level.  And we're now at 35 years 
and counting, and still the LP has not elected a single Congressman, 
and has no State Legislators.

Nobody cares about percentages.  Only winning matters.
