It is what I call The Establisment Liberals that far more often than
not are for heavy gun control ie only the police and miltary having
gunsThis group use to be called the North Eastern Establisment
Liberal but since the spread of the mainstream media out of the North
east I think it is better to call them the EStablisment or Mainstream
Liberals. A liberal Democrat living in the Heartland or in the poor
inner sectors of major cities knows better than to give up their
guns.
Of course The Bush Adminstration has been a cruel enforcer of
unconstitutional gun laws having federal agents work with local
police, putting out those silly guncrime ads on TV. They busted some
old man in very bad health here in TN. a few years back at a gun show
but the judge had some sense he was not going to send that man to
prison. JUst two or three weeks ago Bush's federal storm troopers
got the court to sentence a couple of guys to prison for converting a
couple of rifles to full
auto.
That police wedding party shooting up in Queens was cops snopping
