Todd, you're NOT on moderated status here; BUT, Yahoo runs very slow 
at times  :(  

If possible, post time sensitive notice by 2-3am or even the day 
before an event.  This will also get your notices into one a 
day 'digest' recipients and allow for people who don't check their e-
mail that often.
