Hello, Fellow Supporters of PRO SE LITIGANT RIGHTS!
On February 10, 2008, I decided to launch a NATIONAL PROTEST against PRE-PAID
LEGAL SERVICES, INC. for their policy of refusing to investigate my claim of
unfair litigation practices perpetrated by one of their own "Provider Law
Firms" against me in my capacity as a Pro Se Litigant.
To mobilize support, I have registered an ONLINE PETITION which can be found at
the above link. Please go there and take a look. The story of what happened
is there. If you support my efforts, YOUR SIGNATURE WOULD MEAN THE WORLD TO
ME!!!
YES, this is a "David and Goliath" battle I am engaged in. Pre-Paid Legal is a
large and well-funded organization, earning millions of dollars monthly.
However, I believe in GOD and MIRACLES, the power of INTENTION, the importance
of JUSTICE, and in the POWER OF THE PEOPLE to do the right thing at the right
time.
These injustices occur because the doers COUNT ON PUBLIC APATHY! Your
signature would tell Pre-Paid Legal and their Provider Law Firms that AN
INJUSTICE AGAINST ONE OF US IS AN INJUSTICE AGAINST ALL OF US!
Win or loose, I am willing to give this my very best effort!! All I need is
