OK here is my plan seeing that the federal income tax is going to be
with us for
awhile.
Exempt from the income tax of a business the income they
derived from the manufaturing or sale of goods or equipment made in
the US, as well as from the income of services provided by workers in
the US.
Exempt from taxes on capital gains and dividens derived from the
above. To make this easier for the investor and company to calculate
better allow a business to set up a seperate business for tax
exemption proposes for goods etc made in the
US.
For example Walmart could have a seperate corporation called
Walmart American made and even have foreign goods and American goods
in the same store but the income from the American goods, the capital
gains and dividends from Walmart American made would be tax
free.
Allow even the young to take out up to 30,000 dollars from their
401ks and Iras tax free and penlity free if they buy new goods or new
equipment made in the
USA.
Give single up to an annual 1,000 dollar charitable tax credit
and couples up to 2,000 dollars against any federal tax they owe for
the year. Allow this credit and any additional charitable tax
deductions even on short
forms.
Allow people to deduct the sales tax on their federal income
and tax for new goods and equipment made in the
US.
Bring the federal tax on domestic distiiled sprits down to at
least the tax per gallon on beer in states that will do the same.
Allow the manufactuer of liquor for home or farm use tax free as in
the making of beer and wine.
Allow the tax sale to adults (not on probation or parole for
the conviction of a violent crime or a conviction of a property crime
after the passge of the bill) of pot, speed, downers, coke, coca
products, herion and opiates by pharmist behind the counter like
Sudafed if the state will do the same, but the pharmist should not
have to keep a record of the adults but only check their
ID.
Elimnate the federal fuel tax.--- In [email protected],
