The split is with the 9th Circuit in /Nordyke v. King/

The stage is now set for resolution by the Supreme Court.

Based largely on precedent and institutional limitations, the 7th 
Circuit (per J. Easterbrook) refused to recognize the incorporation of 
the Second Amendment, adding to a modest circuit split over a matter not 
definitively resolved by /Heller/.
