Under the "attractive nuisance" doctrine, a person is not responsible for their own actions, which seems to fly in the face of conventional libertarian wisdom. Using words like "standards" and "guidelines" only serves to downplay acts of state aggression. We are talking about LAWS, which are written threats backed by police violence. You can't sugar-coat a gun being pointed at your head. ---Sasan
