Yes, ignoring your obscenities, the US military will indeed make Haiti worse
for the Haitian people.

In fact, those criminal governments of Haiti, like the Duvalier's, have been
clients of the US government.
The US military also kidnapped the popular president Jean-Bertrand Aristide in
the coup in 2004.

Governments are not above reproach, especially our own. The military is
generally the worst
division of any government. Under the best possible circumstances, the
soldiers just follow orders.

The world is not hateful; governments are. All people naturally like to
cooperate and help each
other. Governments preach hate and fear, because their most profitable
product is war.

SInce you bring up the Middle East, Michael Johnson posted a link to a very
interesting article
about the situation in Haiti:

You have got to be freakin' kidding! Are you seriously trying to say that the
military could make Haiti any worse of a crap hole than the criminals in the
Haitian "government" already have?
And, regardless of your politics, are you seriously impugning the humanitarian
efforts of the US military? Are you unaware of the little thing known as the
tsunami in the Indian Ocean a few years ago? If it wasn't for the US military
the loss of life would have been far worse.

I really hope you are just being tongue-in-cheek because you have a political
beef with the middle east and that you really don't live in a universe which is
so hateful.
