Let's also not forget that CORPORATIONS CANNOT EXIST WITHOUT GOVERNMENTS. A corporation is a legal entity that is designed to shield a company's owners from some of the risk and personal responsibility associated with running a business. Corporate law also enables mergers and acquisitions that would not otherwise occur, providing another avenue for monopoly creation. ---Sasan
