I made a mistake in the above posting. John Stossel appears on Fox
Business News. Not on CNN Business news.

John Stossel is definitely Libertarian.

However, it was on CNN, not Fox, that the newscaster stated: “Most
young people today are fiscally conservative
but socially liberal or, in other words, Libertarian”.

I was one of the invited Libertarians in the audience on the Stossel
Show. Stossel read what I wrote on a card (without attributing it to
me). Unfortunately, only one of us got to say anything, and that one
mostly made a sarcastic remark. Small bits of the show have been
posted on youtube.com, but only showing what one of the Republicans
said and what one of the Democrats said.

So, the show turned out to be mostly a dud from the Libertarian point of view.

Still I am not sorry I went. We were invited back to another Stossel
Show the following morning. I was the only Libertarian who went to the
morning show. It turned out to be on an entirely different topic. I
got a bit more air time, mainly because it was snowing that morning
and not many of the planned studio audience came. It will be shown on
FOX Business News at 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM on Thursday, February 4 and
at 9:00 PM on Friday February 5. Fox Business News is on Channel 43 in
Manhattan and Channel 106 in the Bronx.

John Stossel is definitely a Libertarian resource that we should use
in any way that we can.
