I have installed libhid again in a directory I called /hid. I then typed ./configure make make install
All appeared to be working. I then cd'ed to /hid/test and typed ./lshid All appeared to be working. I then copied lshid to /root just to see that I can move the binary around, typed lshid in /root and got an error message that lshid.o is missing. Any ideas? p.s. copying lshid.o as well does not help.
