Thanks, that reference appears to be the right one.  I'd seen this
paper before but hadn't thought to check there again, oops!  I also
noticed a 13-point, seventh-order rule for triangles which we don't
have.  It has a negative weight, so I will add it along with the
user-selectable flag I've been working on that will allow people to
use rules with negative weights to try and gain a little performance
edge.
