That fixed the issue with non-closed PetscVectors in our nonlinear system.
Thanks! Would you move the close() from update() to there, then, and
commit? I've got the IO::copy_nodal_solution() methods fixed, and I
can't find any other missing closes (congrats to Dave Knezevic for
beating us to it in the CondensedEigenSystem code...) to add.
