I couldn't even get the branch to build *without* clang, once I tried it for the first time on the Ubuntu 11.10 desktop where I've got clang installed. checking for /usr/lib/petsc/include/petsc.h... yes <<< Configuring library with MPI from PETSC config >>> <<< Configuring library with PETSc version 3.1.0 support >>> make: *** No rule to make target `getlinklibs'. Stop. make: *** No rule to make target `getincludedirs'. Stop. The effects seem to differ based on compiler, but I don't know why. With clang it dies once parmetis fails to find mpi.h; with gcc it does when */numerics/petsc* fails to find petsc.h. --- Roy ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This SF email is sponsosred by: Try Windows Azure free for 90 days Click Here http://p.sf.net/sfu/sfd2d-msazure _______________________________________________ Libmesh-devel mailing list Libmesh-devel@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/libmesh-devel
