I make a couple small changes in libmesh_method.m4 and compiler_flags.m4 as well as libmesh_config.in with r6476. Mostly this is because compiler.m4 doesn't set any specific CXXFLAS_PROF, so I updated libmesh_method.m4 to define those flags as CXXFLAGS_PROF="$CXXFLAGS_OPT $PROFILING_FLAGS" and the like. Thanks for doing this! Unless there are any objections, I'll plan to merge this branch back tomorrow.
