We have plenty of adaptivity tests that we normally run with parmesh... but
we're still getting up and running with the new build system... so we can't
effectively test stuff right now.  Hopefully soon.

Thanks for working on this though!  We don't always need Parmesh, but it's
nice to know it's there in case we do!
