Ignore this, obviously.  I auto-archive libmesh-devel if it doesn't have
certain keywords so I missed Derek's parallel thread.

I had asked him a Hilbert curve question and he pointed me to
libHilbert.  I noticed that it was GPL and pointed that out in chat last
night.
