After checking the implementation of

RBParametrized::initialize_parameters (const std::string&
parameters_filename)

I figured out I can set the initial parameter values at the third location
as follows:

load_Fx = '-2. 2. 1.1'
load_Fy = '-2. 2. 1.2'

I wonder if this is the only way we can set the initial parameter values.
