Hi, I am a character rigger exclusive to Maya, but have limited experience
with math. However I'm fairly capable with scripting and programming, and
wanted to improve my portfolio by implementing a Maya plug-in of the
following paper:

Could I use libMesh to handle all the algorithms in the paper? If so, could
you help me with associating the algorithms to libMesh's functions?
