Hi,
I am sharing a patch for vtkIO class. The modifications allow the output
of all nodes, but only the boundary cells. This was my shortcut to extract
the data on boundary in paraview, which gets confused while extracting the
boundary of a mesh that has hanging nodes from h-refinement.
Passing a second parameter "true" to the constructor will enable this
output mode.
So far, I have used this with only the Lagrange interpolation functions,
so I do not think this will work with anything else.
Please feel free to include/ignore.
