Thanks to all. Now my Libmesh seems to work. I don't need vtk, complex numbers 
and ifem and my configuration is now:

../configure --prefix=/Users/vera/Desktop/libmesh_root/installed/ 
--with-glpk-include=/macports/include/ --with-glpk-lib=/macports/lib 
--with-eigen-include=/macports/include/eigen3/Eigen/ --with-hdf5=/macports/ 
--enable-petsc --enable-slepc --enable-mpi --enable-examples CXX=openmpicxx 
CC=openmpicc FC=openmpif90 F77=openmpif90 CXXFLAGS=-I/usr/X11/include 
LDFLAGS=-L/usr/X11/lib
