Hi I am new to libmesh, so maybe this problem is kind of stupid.
I was compiling libmesh-0.9.4 with the configuration below ./configure --prefix=/opt/libmesh-master --enable-blocked-storage --enable-triangle --enable-tetgen --enable-parmesh --enable-parmetis --disable-strict-lgpl --enable-perflog --enable-nodeconstraint --enable-unique-id --enable-ifem --enable-tracefiles --with-mpi=/opt/mpich2 --enable-petsc PETSC_DIR=/opt/petsc-3.5.4 --enable-complex There is no problem in the process of compilation, but when running reduved_basis_ex6, there is some error shown below: [0]PETSC ERROR: --------------------- Error Message -------------------------------------------------------------- [0]PETSC ERROR: Argument out of range [0]PETSC ERROR: New nonzero at (0,2) caused a malloc Use MatSetOption(A, MAT_NEW_NONZERO_ALLOCATION_ERR, PETSC_FALSE) to turn off this check [0]PETSC ERROR: See http://www.mcs.anl.gov/petsc/documentation/faq.html for trouble shooting. Thanks in advance.
