I think what happened is that I added a bunch of old tags from the SVN
repository recently, and github is keying off that.  It looks like it's
possible to delete releases, but I'm not sure I want to do that (it looks
like it's going to delete the tag from the repository, which I don't
want).  I'm asking github for advice on the issue.
