Hello,

I did a lot of flashing on F4 and some on F1 the last days.

I also have different arm-gccs, yagarto from June 12, and
december 12 and the recent launchpad gcc.

First code size:

As on the discovery boards, we only have F103C8 with 64 kiByte, compiling
out of the box will result in code about 8 kByte too large for recent
yagarto and launchpad. Changing -O2 to -Os will give code just fitting with
launchpad, but yagarto June 12 is still some kByte smaller.

Now to F4:

When dfu-util upload failed and reading back with the system bootloader, I
only saw the 4 bytes error with yagarto Jun12, but not with recent yagarto
and launchpad. have to test still with yagato Nov 12. Flashing failed
sometimes on the recent compilers too, but then nearly all flash was
wrong. But that was no scientific examination, only side note while hunting
other problems.

Bye
