At first gloss it may seem that way, but if you look at what the tags
actually do, they seem as diverse as any packages we might propose:
JDBC, BSF, JNDI, SQL, XSL -- a person qualified to work on one of these
tags would not be automatically qualified to work on another. The tag
part is a wrapper, the meat is the same as we would see in any library
package.
