The subproject CVS that is "available to all jakarta commiters as a
sandbox" is close enough to what I would like. Any name is fine - but if
we don't have a consensus on beeing open to all projects and commiters (
even as a sandbox as you propose ) - I wouldn't call it Library or Agora.

If we agree that duplication is permitted and the sandbox is shared and
open to everyone - library or agora would fit very well.
