Well, sorry about the previous mail, it didn't sounded as I wanted.

All I'm trying to say is that the Library is significantly bigger than
Avalon - in both scope and intended community.

It does overap with avalon, as it overlaps with jakarta-tools or
alexandria - that doesn't mean it should be merged with any of those.
