i think that droberts has a point: when looking at albums, the most
relevant piece of information to the law-fearing user is the most
restrictive license that covers part of the content you are looking at
when looking at the album.

So, i agree that this should be indicated with a huge tag of
"(contains music released under a) RESTRICTIVE LICENSE", since this
information is there to minimize the risk of copyright infringement
when copying full albums. In the track view, we can show the tracks
license (unless some its music is licensed under a different license?
there's no formal difference).

This tagging is not arbitraty, and it does not imply saying that since
one track is PD the whole album is.
