Since I can only have _one_ link on identi.ca, you have to follow to my home page (/blog) and from there follow to my identoo-profile which collects all of this info. There you'll see that I connect back with rel=me to libre.fm/velmont, and thus, the circle is complete. Now libre.fm should also know my other sites that are me. Of course, this isn't all that easy, so it would be wise to rely on other code to do this. It's something that is useful for everyone.
