It depends on what you plan on doing with your router. If you are just using it as a basic router (maybe 6rd or 6to4 support thrown in), then you could get by with the luci images. If you plan on having a more complex setup (OpenVPN, CJDNS, ... some other configuration), then use the minimal generic images.
