explanation document
1. Insert circle from "Drawing toolber".
2. Set anchor to Cell.
3. Change height of cell by move some line of left side.
4. Size of the circle changed freely.
Please read attached document.
It reproduced with LibreOffice 3.4.3 OOO340m1 (Build:302) Ubuntu11.4 and
Windows(portable).
