The current specification, using a comma, appears to indicate that the
LibreOffice code is copyright 2000 and copyright 2011, but none of the years
between. Ranges in copyright dates are typically specified with a hypen, for
example in the About box for Mozilla Firefox:

----
I'd suggest that the LibreOffice copyright statement use a hyphen. Here's how
the copyrights would look like after the change:
