KDE System Setting's screenshot, showing the dual-monitor configuration
Problem description:
I gave to myself a new HP Compaq LA1905wg monitor and, by using a proper cable,
plugged its DVI input at my laptop's HDMI output. Then, I used "KDE System
Settings" and made this screen configuration:
* Internal monitor, connected at port LVDS1, resolution 1366x768, positioned at
coordinates (0, 672), no rotation
* External monitor, connected at port HDMI1, resolution 1440x900, positioned at
coordinates (1366, 0), rotated 90 degrees anticlockwise
* Main monitor is LVDS1; second monitor is HDMI1
Since then, Libreoffice isn't drawing menus on screen correctly. It thinks I'm
using a big 2266x1440 screen and then doesn't draw menus over the application
window. This behavior makes Libreoffice's menus unusable for me, because I will
see them in my monitor only if I reduce window's size. Please see the pictures
I will attach later.
Libreoffice should draw menus over the application window when it finds enough
space in screen, even if there are more space above. I also will attach a
Firefox's screenshot, which shows the right behavior.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Make the dual-monitor setup I described above
2. Open Libreoffice Calc
3. Click on "File" in menubar.
Current behavior:
I can't see the "File" menu (Open, Close, Save, Save As...)
Expected behavior:
I should see the "File" menu.
Platform (if different from the browser):
Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:8.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/8.0.1
