If I let Xorg detect my setup, it defines an initial screen size of 1024x768 for both monitors, positioning them to coordinates (0, 0). Then, after adjusting my display configuration through "KDE System Settings", the bug appears only when opening Libreoffice for the first time. At the second and following times, Libreoffice's menus work correctly.
