Problem description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Try to insert a #10 envelope into a document.
2. ....
3. ....
Current behavior: Inserts a C5 envelope even though in the envelope dialog a
#10 is specified.
Expected behavior: If a #10 envelope is inserted ahead of a document, it
should present as such in the document. The size now is wrong, apparently is
that of a size C5 envelope. I can find no way to properly print a #10
envelope.
