when i ad a 300dpi logo image to the header as background-graphic, its not
possible to scale/shrink it down for propper display on screen. result is, i
cannot use a high-res gfx in the header to have a high-res pdf or print with
the logo in the header, only a 72dpi image will fit into the page, or i have to
put the image into the document as content, and shrink and position it.
