Open the file and then execute "File > Close". Message box says the file name
been modified even if it hasn't been.
When file is opened, its status is "modified" even if nothing has been done to
the file. Modified status is indicated by the enabled "Save as" toolbar button.
Modified status is also indicated when one executes "File > Close", the message
box says, 'This document "<filename>" has been modified. Do you want to save
your changes?' Example file is attached.
