Description:
using filters in more than one column no longer allows to select empty values
in the second and subsequent filters
Steps to Reproduce:
1. set a first filter in a column that includes both filled and empty cells
2. set a second field in a column that includes both filled and empty cells
Actual Results:
The second filter doesn't allow to select empty cells. Although these cells
exist in the column, the "(empty)" option is disabled and can't be selected.
Expected Results:
Both filter should allow to select empty cells. This was the behavior in
previous versions of OpenOffice.
