            Bug ID: 160224
           Summary: Rename "built-in help"
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: unspecified
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: minor
          Priority: medium
         Component: UI
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
There are a couple of strings in LO UI and some more in LO Help which refer to
"built-in help" and its installation. I think this is a contradiction in terms,
because if something needs to be installed separately, it is by definition not
"built-in".

On the l10n mailing list Andika Triwidada suggested that "local" or "offline"
could be a better word for describing the help. I think either would be better
than "built-in". Another option would be to always treat it as a proper name
(Help).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. UI:
https://translations.documentfoundation.org/search/libo_ui-master/-/en/?q=built-in+help&sort_by=-priority%2Cposition&checksum=
2. Help:
https://translations.documentfoundation.org/search/libo_help-master/-/en/?q=built-in+help&sort_by=-priority%2Cposition&checksum=

Actual Results:
The strings refer to "installing the built-in help".

Expected Results:
The strings refer to something like "installing the offline help".

Reproducible: Always
