sample file showing the problem

I have one file that I've been using constantly since 2005. File was originally
created in OpenOffice (I think it was v2.x.x). Most of it's fields are
financial data that use build-in conditional formatting for negative numbers
(cells turn red when value goes below 0).

For some reason after opening this spreadsheet in LibreOffice v4.x.x.x all
cells are black and require editing of their value to change the colour.
Because there are several sub-sheets in this file it is not an option for me
and stops me from upgrading.

I'm attaching small part of the sheet copied from my file that can be used to
observe the issue. It works pretty fine in v3 and has problems in v4.
Operating System: Mac OS X
Version: 4.0.0.3 release
Last worked in: 3.6.6.2 release
