As far as I read it, Michael wrote about some inconsistency of OOXML
documentation (*claiming* the case sensitivity) vs. Word implementation
(actually treating case-different names as identical, and thus auto-renaming).

Anyway, the task is to know, if the lowercase special names are the "canonical"
ones.
