Since LO 7.5 is EOL by now, I would suggest trying with a newer version. I am not saying that it will solve whichever caused the crash, but surely version 7.5 will not receive any new updates. With a newer version, please report whether you have a similar behavior, or any relevant information. For example, is the crash happening repeatedly?
