Description:
Changing to Dark-theme with .uno:ChangeTheme icon, no object borders will be
visible.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open new Writer.
2. In the case of Light-theme, a gray border is visible.
3. Click Icon of .uno:ChangeTheme and Change to dark-mode.

Actual Results:
4. Object borderline is disappeared.

Expected Results:
4. A gray border is displayed on the black background.


Reproducible: Always

The border will be visible if the dark theme is selected by the dialog.
