            Bug ID: 162169
Summary: Protected cells in calc should also get keyboard focus
                    for screenreader accessibility
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 24.2.4.2 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: Windows (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
Since I'm blind I use NVDA on Windows. When opening a file with protected
cells, which can/may not be unprotected right now, it's not possible for me to
select them using arrow key navigation. However, even though editing them is
not possible, selecting them for just checking the content using the arrow keys
would be essential anyway.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a file in Calc which has one or more protected cells
2. Press the arrow keys to navigate to the corresponding cells

Actual Results:
Protected cells cannot be selected, making it impossible for the screenreader
user to read the content.

Expected Results:
Protected cells should be read-only, but selecting them needs to work as
normal.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: Yes
